Our primary reason for success, beyond the unwavering passion and energy of our founder, is the ability to bring valuable resources to these kids and teens, who would otherwise not be exposed. By employing our unconventional philosophy, Energy Up! is willingly embraced by girls who see the chance to be “Fit, Fabulous, and Fierce,” as a means to make a lasting positive life change.

We are on a mission. While we celebrate our Program’s great accomplishments, we continue to strive for even more resources to greatly expand our reach. The EUVA staff will diligently match experts in the fields of nutrition, fitness, medical, fashion and beauty with the direct needs of our Energy Up! participants. By creating virtual communities of interest on our website through blogs, chats, journals and video messaging, we offer the opportunity to directly impact teen girls who will benefit from our experts’ interaction and advice.
