An ENERGY UP! afternoon!
First, a Fall Makeup Preview and makeup application at DEX NY, where 5 graduates of THE ENERGY UP! Program were treated to an expert's makeup application by DEX PHILLIP. Then off to a healthy lunch at the uberly chic U.E.S eatery, BISTRO CHAT NOIR where the proprietress SUZANNE LATAPIE served a delicious & healthy, HIGH VOLTAGE Approved lunch.
